Arami Opening Lake View Location
The popular downtown Japanese restaurant will be opening a Lake View location this spring.
Arami, the popular Japanese restaurant located at 1829 W. Chicago Ave., will soon be opening a Lake View location.
"We are proud to announce that we have received keys to our new restaurant location in Lakeview!" the restaurant said in a Facebook post. "We like to consider it a brother of Arami."
The new location will be located at 3056 N. Lincoln Ave. (the former location of Chizakaya), and will feature lunch and dinner services.
Lunch — which will be similar to the restaurant's Armani Go! service at the Chicago Ave. location — will feature build-your-own Bento boxes, ramen, donburi and sushi.
The dinner menu will feature small plates, a robata grill, sushi, donburi and noodles.
There will also be a full service bar with sake, beer and spirits.
The Lake View location is tentatively set to open in March.
