Belmont-Sheffield Music Fest Kicks off Memorial Day Weekend (PHOTOS)
One of Chicago's first outdoor festivals of the year spiced up the holiday weekend in Lake View with music, food and friends.
Crowds gathered in Lake View Memorial Day Weekend for one of Chicago's first outdoor music festivals of the season, the Belmont-Sheffield Music Fest.
Headliners at the weekend event include Dot Dot Dot, The Trippin Billies and Wedding Banned, with others rocking out on the stage in between. The schedule was as follows:
Saturday, May 25
- 12:30 p.m.—School of Rock (kids' rock)
- 2:00 p.m.—The Partyhardigans (eclectic party rock)
- 4:00 p.m.—7th Heaven (pop/rock)
- 6:00 p.m.—Liquid Soul (jazz/funk)
- 8:00 p.m.—Trippin Billies (Dave Matthews tribute)
Sunday, May 26
- Noon—2nd Generation Pilots (hip hop)
- 1:30 p.m.—Hot Sauce Committee ('90s hip hop & dance/rock)
- 3:30 p.m.—Journey Recaptured (Journey tribute)
- 6:00 p.m.—Dot Dot Dot (pop/rock)
- 8:30 p.m.—Wedding Banned (pop/rock)
