Boystown Celebrates Marriage Equality
Boystown — and others across the state — celebrated Illinois becoming the sixteenth state to legalize same-sex marriage on Wednesday.
Chicago residents celebrated the Gov. Pat Quinn officially signing the Marriage Equality bill into law on Wednesday. Many bars and businesses in Boystown held parties, and other residents took to Twitter and Instagram to express their happiness.
