Boystown’s Re.Stock Closing, Popping Up in Wicker Park

The wholesale retailer is shifting storefronts after spending time in Lake View, with plans to open next week on Milwaukee Avenue.

Those looking to snag new clothes from designers like Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren and Jill Stuart, keep your eyes on Wicker Park, because pop-up shop Re.Stock is moving to Milwaukee Avenue.

Owner Julie Labarge moves the business to different storefronts around Chicago every few months, having just spent three months during summer at 3519 N. Halsted St. selling her designer clothes to the boys in Boystown.

Now it’s Wicker Park’s turn, where Re.Stock plans to open at 1448 N. Milwaukee St. on Aug. 24 at noon.

Labarge said during an interview with Patch in May that she was on the fence between heading to Milwaukee Avenue or Halsted Street for the summer. Now, however, it seems as though stopping in Wicker Park was still part of the plan.

And Labarge promises deals on items at wholesale prices or cheaper. For example, a jacket on her rack is listed for $125 and reportedly retails for $295.
