Brent Seabrook Buys Newly Built Lakeview Mansion
Plans for the Chicago Blackhawks defenseman's current home in Roscoe Village are unclear.
CHICAGO, IL - Longtime Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Brent Seabrook already proved his loyalty to America’s new greatest hockey city by signing an eight-year, $55 million contract extension with the defending Stanley Cup champions, and now he is upgrading his home life in the Chi as well.
Seabrook and his wife, Dana, paid $2.9 million for a new six-bedroom mansion in Lakeview, according to Chicago Tribune Elite Street reports.
Seabrook - the Blackhawks’ most senior player who has been a part of all three world championships of the modern era - has owned a home in Roscoe Village since 2006, when he had it built from scratch.
