Chicago Under "Hazardous Weather Outlook"

We may be seeing Chiberia Part Two this week, as temperatures dip into -30 below zero.

The National Weather Service has declared a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Cook County, as well as surrounding areas and parts of northwest Indiana.

Freezing temperatures — between 10 below and 20 below zero with the wind chill — is possible for Wednesday morning.

Things will only get colder on Wednesday night through Thursday morning, and again from Thursday night until Friday morning when temperatures are expected to hit 20 below to 30 below zero with wind chill.

There's also a chance for snow Tuesday evening, Wednesday and Thursday.
