Coda di Volpe Opens in Lake View
New neighborhood restaurant offers "a taste of Southern Italy."
CHICAGO, IL - Coda di Volpe, a restaurant that offers "a taste of Southern Italy," opened last week in Lake View at 3335 N. Southport Ave., according to a Lakeview Chamber of Commerce newsletter.
"Restaurateurs Billy Lawless (The Gage) and Ryan O’Donnell (Gemini Bistro) have been friends for years and have always discussed the idea of working on a project together. After finding the space, they joined forces with Chef Chris Thompson and the vision for the restaurant came to life," according to the newsletter.
