DryHop Brewers Unveils New Brunch Menu

Captain Crunch French Toast, custom omelets and Grandma's Buttermilk Potato Casserole are just a few items now available Saturday and Sundays. See the full menu here.

Attempting to get a seat the constantly packed DryHop Brewers in East Lake View is about to get a bit easier as the restaurant announces a new brunch menu.

Sitting at 3155 N. Broadway St., DryHop says it’ll serve the new dishes on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The new brunch list is titled “DryHop Brewers Kegs & Eggs,” a shout-out to the microbrewery’s beer selection.

Main Course: 

The Captain’s French Toast: Fresh challah bread dipped in a rum-spiked egg and cream batter, “crusted” in Captain Crunch cereal and accompanied by liquid cheesecake, blueberries, and warm bourbon maple syrup.

Omlets: Three farm-fresh hen’s eggs, served with grandma’s buttermilk potato casserole

  • Ham, Butternut Squash, Caramelized Onions, Arugula, and Munster
  • Smoked Thuringer Sausage, Green Onions, Swiss, and Mushrooms
  • Bacon, Apples, Cheddar, and topped with Country Sausage Gravy
  • Or a choice of three fillings: bacon, ham, smoked thuringer sausage, pastrami, caramelized onions, scallions, mushrooms, arugula, collard greens, butternut squash, apples, cheddar, swiss, munster, blue cheese.

Hank's Plate: Two eggs, three slices of Broadbent’s hickory smoked bacon with brown sugar black pepper glaze, grandma's potato casserole, and a biscuit with country sausage gravy.

Belgian Frites: Hops salt, garlic parmesan aioli, and house-made dragon sauce.

Poutine: Our Belgian frites with Broadbent’s hickory smoked bacon, aged cheddar, scallions, and smoked country sausage gravy

Burger: Our custom blend of naturally raised brisket and short rib with ancho chile-tomato jam, arugula, pickled sweet onions, and a heap of creamy aged raw milk cheddar (add on broadbent’s hickory smoked bacon).

Beef Pastrami: On griddled multi-grain, Wisconsin swiss, Kraut, and Solly’s Russian horseradish sauce

Grandma's Buttermilk Potato Casserole with Broadbent's country ham and Edelweiss Emmental cheese.

Broadbent's Hickory Smoked Bacon with brown sugar black pepper glaze (four slices).

Buttermilk Biscuits with Broadbent's Smoked Country Sausage Gravy (two biscuits)
