Eggsperience Cafe Opens In Lake View
The new breakfast restaurant has taken over the former Melrose Diner spot on Broadway.
CHICAGO, IL — A new restaurant has opened in Lake View East that serves breakfast and lunch. Eggsperience Pancakes & Cafe opened in the former Melrose Diner building at 3233 N. Broadway. The restaurant serves — you guessed it — pancakes and eggs, alongside other breakfast classics such as crepes, frittatas, wraps, corned beef hash and 'super skillets' for those who are after a big meal.
The Lake View East Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new restaurant April 12.
Eggsperience is a family-owned restaurant group that's been in Chicagoland for more than 25 years. The restaurant also has locations in downtown Chicago, Naperville, Glenview, Mount Prospect, Park Ridge and Bannockburn.
