3900 N. Lake Shore Dr., $124,500: For less than $125k, you can get a one-bedroom, one-bathroom 630 square foot apartment. The building features a 24-hour doorman, laundry, a bike room, a receiving room, sun deck and online management. There's also valet garage parking. 

3950 N. Lake Shore Dr., $126,900: This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home comes with a recently redone bathroom, a wood laminate floor, a dishwasher and access to a fitness center. 

3950 N. Lake Shore Dr., $129,900: This home in a high rise has one large bedroom and plenty of closet space. The assessment includes everything but the phone.
