Five Most Expensive Recently Sold Homes in Lake View

Ever wonder what the priciest properties sold in Lake View are? We rounded up the 5 most expensive homes that have recently sold around Lake View, courtesy of Zillow, as of Dec. 2. 

1) 1332 W. Wellington Ave., $1,289 million: This four-bedroom, three-and-ahalf-bathroom home sold for $1.289 million on Nov. 13. The 4,100 square foot home also features a marble bath, two wet bars and a two car garage. 

2) 1048 W. Barry Ave., $1.1 million: This Lake View home, which sold on Nov. 8, features 3860 square feet and four levels. It includes four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a chef's kitchen, a two-car garage and three private outdoor spaces.  

3) 1938 W. George St., $1.045 million: This three bedroom, three bathroom home features a 1.5 foot wider floorplan than standard homes. There's also a gourmet kitchen, a his/her bathroom and hardwood floors throughout. The house sold on Nov. 12.

4) 1230 W. Barry Ave., $949,000: This 2,489 square foot home features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half-bathroom. The home also has a large patio, a cedar walk-in closet, a lower level rec room and a two car garage. 

5)3120 N. Leavitt St., $785,000: This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home sold on Nov. 14 The home is 2,472 square feet.
