Gallagher Way Winterland Rink To Host Free 'Paint The Ice' Event
People of all ages are invited to come out for a skate and say goodbye to the Winterland rink with artistic flare.
CHICAGO — Community members are invited to the Cubs' top hangout spot at Wrigley Field this weekend to enjoy ice skating and rink painting. On Sunday, Jan. 27, Winterland at Gallagher Way will wrap up with a celebratory public skate and rink painting.
The public skate will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and people are invited to paint the ice from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Paint will be provided.
The ice painting celebration is inspired by events such as the popular Little Caesars Arena rink painting event for Red Wings Fans.
