Halsted Development Hits The Market In Lake View
An apartment building has been listed for sale a few blocks from Wrigley Field.
CHICAGO — The Halsted Flats apartment building, 3740 N. Halsted St, is up for sale in Lake View. The development includes 269 apartments, most of which are leased. The project opened a few blocks away from Wrigley Field four years ago.
JDL Development and Harlem Irving hired the HFF real estate firm to sell the building, Crain's reported. Several Cubs players and coaches have lived in the Halsted Flats, according to the report.
The development's listing price has not been disclosed; however, its development team told city officials it would cost around $73.4 million in 2012.

Rental units in the pet-friendly development currently range from $2,074 to $3,410, according to Realtor.com. The development includes one and two bedroom units, ranging from 520 to 1,205 square feet. The building also features a gym and a swimming pool.
