Heartland Health Center-Lakeview Clinic moving March 30
HHC-Lakeview clinic at 3048 N. Wilton will move 2 blocks east & 1 block north, to larger space at 3154 N. Clark St. the end of this month.
The HHC-Lakeview clinic at 3048 N. Wilton will close as of March 30 to move a few blocks away. It is expected to open at its new location, 3154 N. Clark St. on April 5.
HHC-Lakeview is part of Heartland Health Centers, a nonprofit health clinic that provides holistic care for all ages and stages of life. As a federally qualified health center, or FQHC, Heartland Health Centers' mission is to ensure access to primary care, meaning it is open to all, including offering sliding-scale fees for those without insurance.
Services at HHC-Lakeview include comprehensive women's health, pediatric care, integrative medicine, behavioral health and psychiatry services, health education, nutrition, and fitness groups, substance use disorder treatment program, immunizations and more. Additional services in the new HHC-Lakeview clinic include an on-site pharmacy.

Formerly the Heartland Health Centers' pediatric center, HHC-Lakeview expanded to be a full-service community clinic in April 2019.
