Hosts Needed For PorchFest Lakeview
"By hosting, you're helping to make Lakeview a stronger, more tight-knit community and supporting the local music scene," organizers said.
CHICAGO — PorchFest Lakeview organizers are seeking hosts for the event, which will be held on Sunday, June 2. If you have a porch or stoop within the event perimeters — within a two block radius of Southport/Lincoln/Wellington — you're encouraged to sign up.
Organized by the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce and Front Porch Concerts, the festival will include kids' activities, food trucks, local craft beer and dozens of local musicians.
The event's hub will be held on the terrace at St. Alphonsus Church, 1429 W. Wellington. The festival will be held between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

There will not be any street closures for the event.
Music will include a range of genres: folk, rock, pop and hip hop.

In 2018, 14 front porches hosted a 34 local musicians.
