Lake View is experiencing positive temperatures for the first time in nearly 40 hours as the mercury climbed to 3 degrees above zero shortly after 3 p.m. today, according to the National Weather Service.
Though the wind chill is 14 below zero, the current forecast no longer calls for sub-zero temperatures in the seven-day predictions, with a high of 15 on Wednesday.
