The Lincoln Square home was on the market for much longer, changing price after 20 months, listing agent Deborah Hess told Chicago Magazine.

Though it sold for $1,075,000, the original owners paid almost half that when they bought it in 2001, according to the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.
