Lake View A Leading Neighborhood For Luxury Home Sales: Report

CHICAGO, IL — Lake View has retained its spot as a leading neighborhood in metro Chicago for luxury home sales, according to a recent report by RE/MAX on Metro Chicago Real Estate. The report reveals that Lake View is ranked 3rd—behind North Center and Lincoln Park—for million-dollar sales of attached homes, which includes townhouses, condominiums, and co-ops.

The report revealed there were 32 sales between July to September in Lake View, at a median price of $1,525,000.

The RE/MAX Luxury Report is a quarterly analysis of $1 million-plus home sales in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will counties, based on data compiled by Midwest Real Estate Data.
