Fred M. Belcove age 89, Army veteran of WWII. Beloved husband of Merle nee Ginsberg. Loving father of Ira (Elizabeth Marcus), Amy (Mark) Bernstein and Julie Belcove. Adored Grandpa/Poppy of Rachel, Eric, Jonathan, Maya, Nina and Sascha. Also proud father of Laura (Bernard) Jacobson and Wendy (Tony) Frink and grandfather of Sam and Casey. Dear brother of the late Allan (Beatrice) and brother in law of the late Marjorie Gilbert. Memorial service Tuesday 11A a.m. at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment private.
