Lake View’s La Creperie Closing in August
The Clark Street staple says it'll shutter after 41 years of creating French dishes and famous crepes.

Just days after celebrating its 41-year anniversary, Lake View’s La Creperie says it plans to close its doors for good at the end of August, Crain’s Chicago Business reports.
The French restaurant at 2845 N. Clark St. celebrated the anniversary June 1, writing on its Facebook page, “Same family since 1972 … Thank you all for making it an amazing 41 years.”
General manager Yasmina Ksikes confirmed with Crain’s Tuesday, saying the building was purchased.
