Left Coast Food + Juice Opens in Lake View
New restaurant opens at former Muskie's space on Lincoln Ave.
CHICAGO, IL - Left Coast Food + Juice is now open in Lake View at the former Muskie's space at 2878 N. Lincoln Ave., according to a Lakeview Chamber of Commerce newsletter.
Left Coast will be anchored by Chef Paul Kahan, who's been behind some of the city's best restaurants according to the Chamber.
Its draw is that the great taste is combined with a healthy lifestyle. Walkers and bicyclists in the area have already begun to enjoy the fare offered there.

"Their philosophy is to change the perception that eating healthy is dull and flavorless—something they have already begun to accomplish, with Lakeview locals buzzing about the menu," the Chamber wrote in a statement.
Angela Garbot, a Lake View-based photographer and member of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce board of directors, is one of many excited about one of the neighborhood's newest gems.

"As a local, I'm so excited to have Left Coast in the neighborhood! In the few weeks it's been open, I've been happy to see that it's crowded whenever I go by," said Garbot. "It's a terrific addition to that stretch of Lincoln Avenue, exciting to see so much growth and energy in that corridor. I'll be heading there tonight for the third time this week for dinner with girlfriends...it's delicious, too!
