Home with heated front sidewalk sold for nearly $3 million.

CHICAGO, IL - How about a Mike’s?
Residents of Lakeview may hear that phrase more often this summer since the president of Mike’s Hard Lemonade has become one of them.
Phil Rosse paid $2.75 million in April for a six-bedroom, 6,000-square-foot home in the North Side neighborhood in a deal that closed in April, according to a Chicago Tribune Elite Street report.

Rosse has been the president of the hard lemonade industry leader since 2013, when the Canadian-found company moved its United States headquarters from Seattle to Chicago.
The newly built home has 5.5 baths, two fireplaces and an all-limestone facade, Elite Street reports. It also includes a heated front public sidewalk, the listing shows.
