'Music Box of Horrors' Comes to Lakeview Saturday

The Music Box will be presenting a 26-hour horror film festival this weekend. Get the full schedule here.

Can't get enough of scary movies? Neither can the great folks of the Music Box Theatre, who will be hosting a 26-hour horror movie marathon beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. 

The festival — called "Music Box of Horrors" — will feature films, entertainment,  vendors and special guests. (Including directors William Lustig and David Schmoeller.) 

"We've spent the last year scouring the earth for high-quality horror and have conjured a devilish line-up featuring 15 feature films and countless vintage trailers, incluing the world premiere of the new restoration of 'Manic Cop 2' with director William Lustig in person," a statement on the Music Box's website states. 

Tickets are available for $35 online beforehand and $40 day of the show

12: 00 p.m.: Fall of the House of Usher
1:15 p.m.: Island of the Lost Souls
2:40 p.m.: The Black Room
3:55 p.m.: Night Monster
5:05 p.m.: The Manitou
7:00 p.m.: Crawlspace
9:15 p.m.: Manic Cop 2
11:30 p.m.: Possession
1:45 a.m.: Slumber Party Massacre
3:15 a.m.: Child's Play
5:00 a.m.: Nightmare on Elm Street 3
