Nate Berkus Home For Sale in Lakeview

A home designed by the famed Chicago interior designer is now for sale in Lakeview, according to an article by Curbed Chicago. The house, which is listed at $1.35 million and is located at 1336 W. George St., was built in 1884 but features many of the Berkus touches that the designer is known for. The two bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home has custom moldings, sidelights, a sitting room in the master suite, a bar and a marble bathroom.
Nate Berkus' former Astor St. house sold for $1.6 million earlier this year.
