No DUIs During Beefed Up Police Presence in Lake View
Police say they didn't catch a single drunk driver during their strike around the Boystown and Wrigleyville area over the weekend.

Officers may have been narrowing their sights on Lake View over the weekend, but according Chicago Police, they didn’t nab a single drunk driver.
The department announced its DUI Strike Force was out patrolling throughout the 19th District on Sept. 14-15 in an effort to "saturate a pre-designated area with roving police officers that continually monitor vehicular traffic for signs of impaired driving," according to a news release.
On Tuesday police issued their results, showing nobody was arrested for driving under the influence. More than 100 people, however, were given citations for violations.
