Patrick Sharp Rents Out His Lakeview Home
The fan-favorite former Blackhawks alternate captain is keeping his ties to Chicago.

Longtime Chicago Blackhawks fans may have become a bit teary back in July when the team traded longtime alternate captain Patrick Sharp to the Dallas Stars in a salary cap move, but Sharpie’s connection to Chicago isn’t going anywhere.
Neither is the ownership of his 13-room, 7,300-square-foot brick and limestone mansion in Lakeview, which Sharp owns with his wife Abby. Instead of selling the property, the Sharps have decided to rent it out, finding a lessee at $10,500 a month - according to Chicago Tribune ‘Elite Street’ reports.
Sharp has been one of the most popular Blackhawks with fans over the last decade, having been a member of all three Stanley Cup title teams and having his Blackhawks tenure dating back to 2005.
