Rick Bayless Bringing Mexican Favorites To Wrigley Field
Next up to bat for the Chef Series at Wrigley Field: Bayless' award-winning Mexican dishes.

CHICAGO, IL — The Cubs and hospitality partner Levy have brought back Wrigley Field's popular chef series this year, with an expanded lineup of celebrity chefs. The chefs will serve their take on ballpark favorites in the newly-renovated Sheffield Corner space in right field. Award-winning chefs Tony Mantuano and Stephanie Izard served their ballgame fare earlier this season, and Rick Bayless will bring his Mexican favorites to the field starting Thursday, July 19.
Bayless' popular restaurant Frontera Grill has won countless awards, and his restaurant Topolobampo won the 2017 James Beard Outstanding Restaurant award.

- Hatch Green Chile Tacos | artisan corn tortillas, grilled Gunthorp Farms chicken, creamy Hatch green chile sauce, red chile Cotija cheese* Carnitas Tacos | artisan corn tortillas, crispy garlicky pork shoulder, habanero-avocado salsa, pickled onions
- Toto Elotes | just-made chips topped with roasted corn, lime "crema," red chile Cotija cheese
- Frontera Guacamole | Alejandrina avocados, tomatillos, serrano chiles, cilantro & onions, just-made chips
- Ice cold "Mexico Calling" Mexican-style lager from Cruz Blanca Brewery & Taquería.
