Stefan Holt Profits on Lake View Condo He Owned for Less Than Year
The three-bedroom property was unloaded for more than a half million.
CHICAGO, IL - Less than a year after he and his wife bought the place for $520,000, former NBC-Chicago morning news anchor Stefan Holt has sold his large Lake View condo.
He came out ahead, too. Chicago Tribune Elite Street reports indicate Holt, the son of NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt, sold the 1,800-square-foot condo recently for $539,900.
