1) 1457 W. Addison, $4.999 Million: The most expensive home for sale in Lake View features three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, six fireplaces and a three-story water wall. There's also a bar/lounge, plus multiple outdoor dining areas.  

2) 3826 N. Wayne Ave., $2.999 Million: This home features four bedrooms (plus an office and wood-paneled library), and five full baths and two half-baths. There's also double roof decks, a wine cellar and a family room with kitchen. 

3) 338 W. Oakdale Ave., $2.989 Million: At over 8,000 square feet, this home has a lot of great features. It overlooks Lake Michigan, and features a chef's kitchen, an elevator, a spa, a sauna and steam room, an indoor swimming pool and an in-law/nanny suite.
