$200K Winning Lotto Ticket Sold In Lake Zurich, Winner Sought

The lucky winner of this ticket, sold in Lake Zurich, is asked to sign the back of the ticket and bring it to one of five lottery locations.

CHICAGO, IL — A Lake Zurich lottery customer is about to have a much better holiday season, as a gas station in the village sold a $200,000 winning lottery ticket drawn on Tuesday, Dec. 24.

The Illinois Lottery sent a press release revealing the winning numbers: 14 - 32 - 33 - 35 - 39. All five numbers matched, meaning a jackpot win for the lucky lotto player.

The ticket was bought at the Marathon station at 1125 S. Old Rand Rd. They will received a $2,000 bonus, one percent of the winning total, for selling the ticket.

The lucky winner is asked to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they visit one of the Lottery's five Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights.

The winner has one year to redeem their prize.

Tuesday night's Lucky Day Lotto drawing saw over 10,600 other prizes ranging from $1 to $200. In all prizes totaled over $228,800.
