DUIs and Traffic Arrests: Lake Zurich Police Blotter

 

 

Traffic Arrest (DUI)                        

Thomas F. Loverde, 47, 11 Red Tail Drive, Hawthorn Woods, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 800 block of West Highway 22, at 1:50 a.m., March 17.    Loverde was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08.  Loverde was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of April 15.

 

Laurie A. Stock, 48, 635 Red Bridge Road, Lake Zurich, was arrested during  a traffic stop on South Old Rand Road at Pheasant Ridge Road, at 1:25 a.m., March 17.  Stock was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage.  Stock was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of April 15.

 

Teressa A. Eckstrum, 48, 630 Morrison Avenue, Palatine, was stopped for improper lane usage on Route 12 at Honey Lake Road, at 12:22 a.m., March 16.    Eckstrum was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and improper lane usage.  Eckstrum was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of April 15.

 

Jorge L. Martinez, 21, 700 Ravine Court, Barrington, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Old Rand Road, at 4:09 a.m., March 16.   Martinez was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.  Martinez was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of April 1.

 

Traffic Arrest (No Valid)               

Luis M. Perez-Guzman, 28, 300 North Green Bay Road, Lake Forest,  was stopped for improper lane usage at Route 12 at Route 22, March 17.  Perez-Guzman was charged with improper lane usage and driving without a valid driver’s license.  Perez-Guzman was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of April 5.

 

Nanci Perez, 39,1302 Ports O Call Drive #1S, Palatine,  was stopped at Route 12 at Route 22, March 17.  Perez was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, operating a vehicle with improper lighting and driving without a valid driver’s license.  Perez was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of April 5.

 

Traffic Arrest (Suspended)

 

Efren Rojas, 20, 779 Saphire Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested during a traffic stop on Route 12 at Bailey Lane, March 17.  Rojas was charged with operating a vehicle with expired registration and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Rojas was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.

 

Ondrae L. Burden, 36, 358 Glenwood Drive #102, Bloomingdale,  was stopped for failing to signal on Route 12 at Ela Road, March 17.  Burden was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, failing to signal when required and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Burden was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of April 5.

 

Fernando Flores, 25, 271 8^th Street #3A, Wheeling, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 800 block of South Rand Road, March 16.  Flores was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Flores was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of April 5.

 

Francine R. Brugger, 30, 404 Monroe Avenue, Fox Lake, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Route 22, March 16.  Brugger was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Brugger was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.

 

Disorderly Conduct                       

Brandon B. McCullar, 25, 201 South Buesching Road # 128, Lake Zurich, was arrested at 201 South Buesching Road for urinating on the door of another apartment on March 2.  McCullar was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a $120 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.
