Ela Community Family Services presents its Mother-Daughter Program for girls age 9 to 14 on Saturday, October 21, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Ela Community Center, located at 380 Surryse Road, in Lake Zurich.
Please join us for an interactive discussion on the challenges and changes your daughter will experience with guest speaker, Emily Smith RN. Topics of discussion will include physical changes, communication tips for mother and daughter and confidence and self-esteem. This is a free program. Refreshments will be served.
