Lake Zurich High School Grad Launches "My Kitchen Shrink"

A Lake Zurich High School graduate is making a successful career out of nutrition and mental health counseling, the Lake Zurich Courier reports.

Elyse Wagner, a 2004 graduate of LZHS, has started the company called My Kitchen Shrink, Inc. The business is located at 755 Ela Road. Wagner holds degrees in holistic nutrition and clinical health psychology, and uses her skills to help clients with emotional eating, nutritional wellness, food addiction and more, the newspaper reports.
