Lake Zurich’s 4th Of July Fireworks 2020 Canceled

LAKE ZURICH, IL – July 4 events across the country will not look the same this year thanks to the coronavirus. Many cities and towns have been forced to cancel the annual Fourth of July events, including Lake Zurich. The Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks have been canceled.

"It is with great difficulty that we are facing the inevitable," the website says. "Due to the anticipated ongoing social distancing recommendations, the Village Board of Trustees concluded to cancel this year’s celebration."
