Local Ultimate Frisbee Camp

Play the most exciting new sport in the country: Ultimate Frisbee, a game with elements of basketball, soccer, and football, all mixed together and played with a disc! Learn the rules, techniques, and strategies of the game and train with some of the area's best ultimate players. This week-long sports camp is run by the Chicago Wildfire, Chicago's professional ultimate frisbee team of the American Ultimate Disc League (theaudl.com). Sign-ups for the camp receive a jersey, disc (frisbee), and daily lunch, as well as one complimentary ticket a Chicago Wildfire home game, and personalized coaching session with a professional ultimate player. Boys and girls, incoming 7th graders to graduating 12th graders welcome. Participants will be grouped by ability and taught and trained at appropriate level. Camp will run 9:30-4:30 at Falcon Sport Complex in Palatine June 18-22. Cost for 5 day week session $450, with jersey, disc, and ticket to professional ultimate game included.
