Police Blotter: DUI, Battery

Traffic Arrest (No Valid)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Rosalba Pabello, 36, 534 Farmhill Circle, Wauconda, was arrested during a traffic stop on Oakwood Road at Midlothian Road, April 11. Pabello was charged with driving without lights when required, uninsured motor vehicle and driving without a valid driver’s license. Pabello was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.Â
Thomas B. Spitzer, 21, 35 Birch Court, Mundelein, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Wynstone Drive,  April 8. Spitzer was charged with operating a vehicle with an obstructed windshield and driving without a valid driver’s license. Spitzer was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.Â

Traffic Arrest (DWLS)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Mark C. Selle, 25, 2421 Somerset Lane, Mundelein,  was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 800 block of South Rand Road, April 11. Selle was charged with expired registration, uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended. Selle was released on a $2,000.00 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.Â

Traffic Arrest (DUI)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Han Soo Kim, 57, 4802 North Bernard Street #311, Chicago,  was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Cuba Road, April 8. Kim was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.  Kim was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of May 13.Â
Battery                                             Â
Police took a report from a female who said she was pushed, scratched and struck by a subject following a dispute in the 500 block of America Court, April 9. Officers were unable to locate the offender. This matter is under investigation. Â
