Police Blotter: DUIs and Driving on Suspended License

Traffic Arrest (DUI)                                  

Michael W. Brown, 23, 2304 Algonquin Road #7, Rolling Meadows, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol on Route 12 at Cuba Road, May 13.  Brown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, driving without a valid driver’s license, speeding and improper lane usage.  Brown was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 24. 

Andrew C. Reiche, 50, who resides at 2417 Long Lane in McHenry, was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 12 at N. Old Rand Road in Lake Zurich, May 11.   Reiche was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Reiche was issued a court date of June 10 in the City of Waukegan and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.  

Edward J. Gabriel, 31, who resides at 780 Summit Road in Lake Zurich, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol on S. Old Rand Road at Pheasant Ridge Drive in Lake Zurich, May 12.  Gabriel was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a B.A.C. of .08 or more.  Gabriel was issued a court date of June 17 in Waukegan and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.  

Kimberly A. Morey, 25, who resides at 5610 Fox Lake Road in McHenry, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol on Route 12 at Ela Road in Lake Zurich, May 11.  Morey was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a B.A.C. of .08 or more.  Morey was issued a court date of June 10 in Waukegan and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.  

Traffic Arrest (Suspended)         

Meredion A. Krotky, 32, 1963 Concord Drive, McHenry,  was arrested in the 24000 block of North Route 12, May 12.  Krotky was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Krotky was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of June 7.                         

Dominick R. Voso, 50, who resides at 346 Montebello in Bloomingdale,  was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended on Route 12 at Deerpath Road in Lake Zurich, May 12.  Voso was charged with Speeding, Failure to Wear Safety Belt, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving while Driver’s License is Suspended.  Voso was issued a court date of June 7 in Mundelein and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond. 

Kay Harris, 30, who resides at 7654 S. Morgan Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended on Route 22 at Ela Road in Lake Zurich, May 10.  Harris was charged with Operation of Motor Vehicle with Expired Registration Plates or Registration Sticker and Driving while Driver’s License is Suspended.  Harris was issued a court date of June 7 in Mundelein and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
