Vernon Hills home sales for the month of April decreased in volume by 7.9% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 28% from $249,950 to $320,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price rose by 20.4% from $354,950 to $427,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 13.6%, while the median sale price rose by 79% from $142,450 to $255,000.
