Belden-Stratford Apartments Sell For $86.8M
Seller Laramar Group LLC purchased the property two years ago for $59.3 million.
Prudential Real Estate Investors recently plunked down $86.8 million for Lincoln Park's Belden-Stratford Apartments, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
The sale was a huge gain for seller Laramar Group LLC, which bought the 297-unit building at 2300 N. Lincoln Park two years ago for $59.3 million, Crain's reports.
