Berkus and Coyle Designed Co-Op Sells for Millions in Lincoln Park
The $4.9 million co-op sold by former Oprah producer Ellen Rakieten was the most expensive in the city this year.

CHICAGO, IL - The recently sold Lincoln Park co-op owned by Ellen Rakieten, the former producer of The Oprah Winfrey Show, was redone by interior designers Nate Berkus and Anne Coyle, according to a report from Curbed Chicago.
Berkus and Coyle completely overhauled the 6,500 square foot property at 399 W. Fullerton Parkway. Raakieten sold it earlier this month for $4.9 million, making it the priciest transaction in Chicago so far in 2016.
The unit is on the ninth floor of the Beaux Arts 399 West Fullerton.
