Treat Mom this Mother’s Day in the legendary Empire Room, located within The Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, at 17 E. Monroe, for a special Mother’s Day Buffet hosted by Lockwood Restaurant & Bar Sunday, May 8 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

This Mother’s Day, families have the opportunity to dine in one of Chicago’s most legendary spaces, the Palmer House’s Empire Room. The Empire Room opened in 1925 as an elegant dining room and quickly became one of Chicago’s legendary “hot spots.” The room’s glamorous design can immediately be seen as a staircase inspired by the Paris Opera leads directly from the lobby of the Palmer House to the Empire Room. The 20th century’s great entertainment luminaries from Judy Garland to Tony Bennett have all performed there.

The Mother’s Day meal prices range from $70 for adults, $65 for seniors (62 and over), $36 for kids (ages 4-12) and complimentary for children aged three years and younger. Buffet pricing includes sparkling wine, coffee, tea, soda and juices. Four hour self-park validation is available at 55 E. Monroe Parking Garage with purchase at Lockwood Restaurant & Bar.
