Family Baking Classes at The Palmer House Hilton

Enjoy the season with the entire family! The Palmer House is hosting fun-filled family baking classes led by Executive Pastry Chef Fabrice Bouet. Chef Bouet and the Pastry Team plan to show families how to create signature holiday treats. Classes are $20 per person and include children aprons, chef hats, and sweets to take home.

Saturday, Oct. 31, 2 – 4 p.m.: Decorating Halloween cookies and cupcakes served with hot chocolate

Saturday. Nov. 21, 2 – 4 p.m. Learn to prepare and bake Thanksgiving desserts. Tasting of baked goods served with milk

Saturday. Dec. 12, 2 – 4 p.m. Learn to make and decorate Christmas cookies. Tasting of goods served with milk.

Saturday. Dec. 19, 2 – 4 p.m. Learn to make and decorate gingerbread cookies and houses. Tasting of gingerbread treats with glass of milk.

Reservations may be made at Lockwood’s host stand, 312.917.3404. Participants meet at Lockwood Restaurant & Bar and are escorted to the baking class.
