CHICAGO — A North Side brewery is giving away 24 free bikes to Chicagoans as part of its "312 Day." Goose Island Beer Company has hidden the bicycles across the city, and is offering clues as to their whereabouts on Twitter and Instagram.

The first clue was offered at midnight Tuesday, and the bike was claimed by a man within a few hours of being locked. The clues include a short video and a cryptic hint.

The clues are being released every hour, on the hour, and the bikes can be unlocked with the code 0-3-1-2-0. Each post has received thousands of views.
