Green City Market Chef BBQ: Restaurants, Transit, Tickets

More than 100 Chicago restaurants are coming to Lincoln Park for the popular barbecue event.

CHICAGO, IL — The 18th Annual Green City Market Chef BBQ is coming to Lincoln Park July 19. Sourced from Green City Market farmers, tasting portions of local heirloom produce, heritage meats and craft drinks will be offered at the event. Vegetarian dishes will also be offered.

Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 19 and close at 8 p.m. (see location map below).

The chef BBQ is Green City Market's largest annual fundraiser — all proceeds raised will go to year-round markets and community programs. A portion of your ticket purchase is tax-deductible because Green City Market is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. You will receive information about your tax-deductible amount in follow-up communications from Green City Market, organizers said.
