GrubHub Founder Lists Lincoln Park Home

CEO Matt Maloney looks to leave the north side neighborhood after a little more than a year.

GrubHub CEO Matt Maloney and his wife listed the six-bedroom house on Sedgwick Street for $3.45 million recently, according to Crain’s Chicago. The asking price is just $10,000 more than what they paid for it.

The home is on more than 6,000 square feet, but is located on a construction zone so it can allow for up to 10,000 feet.

The Maloneys began some renovations, but according to Crain’s they have not been completed.

Maloney was one of the founders of the online food-ordering business in 2004.
