Home in Lincoln Park Sells For $6.1 Million
The newly-built mansion on Orchard Street takes up the site once home to four condos.
CHICAGO, IL - A Lincoln Park home was sold for $6.1 million last month.
The home has seven bedrooms and five full baths and sits on an Orchard Street lot that was recently the site of four condominiums, according to Crain’s Chicago.

The home takes up 9,000 square feet and is newly built as a project of Builder LG Development Group. The buyers put it under contract shortly after construction was complete.
