Jim Letchinger Honored, Makes Generous Donation to HHCD!
Real Estate Exec. Jim Letchinger Honored for His Work Toward Ending Homelessness And Gives Contribution to not-for-profit HHCD!

Holsten Human Capital Development’s (HHCD), not-for-profit, 2019 Community Sustainability Awards honored Jim Letchinger, Founder & CEO of JDL Development, for his corporate leadership in igniting the possibilities to help end homelessness. Jackie Taylor Holsten, Founder & Chair of the Board of HHCD, announces that the annual fundraiser was an overwhelming success! The funds raised will help the 500 formerly-homeless residents of Lawson House (30 West Chicago Ave.) with furnishings and life essentials during their temporary relocation due to the rehabilitation of the landmark facility.
Ms. Holsten comments, “We are honored that Jim Letchinger, the highly respected developer of some of the most prestigious condos in the city, would agree to accept the honor from us … and we are particularly grateful for his unexpected contribution which he donated at our event. Jim understands that though Chicago is a big city, it functions best when we remember the small-town principle of neighbors helping neighbors. By helping close the financial gap at Lawson House, he is building community and reinforcing hope and the belief that we are all in this together. HHCD is grateful to count JDL as our neighbor!"
