Jonathan Toews Lists Home in Lincoln Park
The Chicago Blackhawks star seeks to sell a property he's owned for less than two years.

CHICAGO, IL - Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews listed his Lincoln Park mansion over the weekend for less than $4 million.
The five-bedroom, 6,400-square-foot home in Lincoln Park was listed by Coldwell Banker on Sunday for $3.899 million, according to Chicago Tribune Elite Street reports. Toews bought the home for $3.525 million just 18 months ago.
“This fabulous 6,400 sqft home with 4-stop passenger elevator is located on a premier East Lincoln Park block,” according to the listing. “It offers a perfect blend of transitional finishes, dramatic ceiling heights (11+ on the main and bedroom levels) and thoughtfully designed outdoor space. Finishes include designer window treatments, custom lighting, and hardwood floors.”

The home has 13 rooms, including a recreation room, exercise room and a terrace. There’s a double oven, washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances and four fireplaces.
Toews is not expected to leave the city, according to Elite Street, and may just be “downsizing.” He signed an eight-year, $84 million contract extension with the Blackhawks just two years ago.
