Lincoln Park Apartment Complex To Celebrate Grand Opening

The new 11-story, 191-unit Elevate Lincoln Park has been completed on the North Side.

CHICAGO, IL — The Elevate Lincoln Park apartment complex will celebrate its grand opening July 19. The new 11-story, 191-unit mixed-use development at 930 W. Altgeld St. began pre-leasing in March. The apartment includes 13 single-level penthouses on the 10th floor and three duplex penthouses on the 10th and 11th floors.

Baker Development Corp. broke ground on the project in late 2016. It replaced the Lincoln Centre complex, which was widely considered to be one of the ugliest buildings in the neighborhood.

Located next to the newly-renovated Apollo Theater, the Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed building includes a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in 66 different layouts. Residences range from 464 to 1,430 square feet, with studios starting at $1,795. The development includes 20,000 square feet of amenities.

The 3rd floor has an expansive courtyard with multiple seating areas, grilling stations and fire pits, as well as a dog run and spa for pet residents.

The development's three-bedroom duplex penthouses feature floating glass stairways, three-sided open fireplaces and private elevators that serve both levels.
