Lincoln Park Mansion Sells For $4.95 Million
The luxurious Mohawk Street home was built in 1999 and has a wine room and half-size basketball court.
CHICAGO, IL - A deal on a loaded Lincoln Park home closed this week for just under $5 million.
The Mohawk Street residence was sold by Steve and Sarah Stratton for $4.95 million, according to Crain’s Chicago. It was listed in October for $5.98 million and was under contract within six weeks.
The in-city residence offers suburban-like amenities, such as a wine cellar and wine room, third-floor gym and a roofed area above the garage that holds a half-size basketball court.
The transaction was the fourth priciest in the city of Chicago in 2016.
